Problem

The fork is 99 commits behind upstream main and is missing its latest fixes and performance improvements.

Change

Merge upstream main through b99955489a, preserving fork behavior and the upstream merge history. Resolve conflicts in ACP replay, Claude Skills paths, settings listeners, telemetry guidance, and Bitbucket draft PR support. Adapt fork functions to upstream's Effect tracing conventions and handle Git 2.56's broken gitfile diagnostic during storage cleanup. Pin Expo modules core to the patched version so fresh release lockfiles cannot drift past the Android layout patch. Disable mobile-only CI in the fork, including native analysis and mobile workspace tests/typechecking, as requested.

Upstream's ACP replay ordering replaces the equivalent fork fix; the fork's atomic status write remains. No fork features were dropped.

Scope and approval

Donald requested this upstream sync, PR, and merge into the fork's main branch. He accepted the Linux SourceKit limitation and requested disabling mobile CI.

Verification

Passed with Node 24 and the fork CI repository settings:

  • vp check, workspace typecheck, vp run knip:check, and generated GitHub GraphQL checks.
  • Desktop build and preload validation, release smoke, and standalone Node/Python script tests.
  • Complete non-server/non-web workspace test scripts, including mobile JavaScript tests.
  • Full web suite: 8,380 tests passed.
  • Full server suite: 6,952 tests passed; 21 standard platform, opt-in, or live-provider skips. Transfer-budget outputs were produced.
  • Explicit HTML browser suite: 11 tests passed, including its four opt-in browser cases.
  • All three Rust suites and Rust formatting checks.
  • Mobile native analysis with SwiftLint, ktlint, and detekt passed. SwiftLint skipped the SourceKit-dependent statement_position rule on Linux; this limitation was accepted.

GPT-6.1-sol via the Codex harness.

Preserve fork behavior alongside upstream's Effect tracing changes. Treat Git 2.56's broken gitfile diagnostic as a changed repository during storage cleanup, so cleanup keeps the worktree safely.
