Correct stale facts in llms.txt and pin its collector counts - #4157

llms.txt: - Azure SQL Database is supported by Lite and Darling, not Lite only. - 42 SQL Server collectors (it said 41 T-SQL collectors). - Darling monitors PostgreSQL (self-hosted, AWS RDS, Aurora) with 29 collectors. The file never mentioned PostgreSQL targets. - The Darling service runs on Windows or Linux, and its viewers are a Windows desktop app and a web dashboard. - Alerts also go to Teams, Slack, PagerDuty and generic webhooks. - 15,000+ downloads (it said 4,300+). Counts installer, ZIP and tarball assets only, not auto-updater traffic. - SentryOne is SolarWinds SQL Sentry now. Solarwinds -> SolarWinds. - Link the Darling operator guide. CITATION.cff: remove version 2.3.0 and date-released 2026-03-18. No release step updates them (the version bump is Directory.Build.props only), so they have been stale since March. Add the postgresql keyword. LlmsTxtCollectorCensusTests compares both collector counts with CollectorCatalog, the same guard the file's tool range already has. Two more need none. - Fixed: #3588, #3886, #3889, #3900, #3911, #4016, #4032 and #4042. - Changed: #4157. llms.txt and CITATION.cff now match the shipped product. - None: - #4332 adds RawChunkIntervalPlanner without wiring it in; the later PR that wires it carries its own entry. - #4398 changes tests only. - Each entry was written from its PR's diff, with a [#N] label linking the pull request.
