docs: record runtime-verified client results on the support page - #7927
The client support page (#7924) says whether each client is implemented or test-covered, but has nowhere to record that someone actually ran a given client version against a given opencodex version. Readers cannot tell "covered by a test" from "seen working".
This adds that place, empty by default:
scripts/client-support-matrix/runtime-verified.json (required, starts as {"schemaVersion": 1, "results": []}). A result names the client row, the exact product variant (the Codex row groups CLI, app and SDK), client version, opencodex version, the scenario that was exercised, a real calendar date and an https evidence link.
A Runtime verified column on every locale page showing the most recent result per client ("Codex CLI 0.150.0 + opencodex 2.40.0: streamed reply with one tool call (2026-10-20, evidence)"), with a count of other recorded results and a dash when there are none. Ties on date break on product, versions and scenario, so the output does not depend on file order.
The column is independent of the support level: a runtime result does not turn a row into test-covered or hide its test link.
The definition (all eight locales) calls a result a historical observation for that exact combination and scenario, says it implies nothing about other versions or products, and says the evidence is reviewed when added and not re-run by the generator.
Generation fails on a missing file, invalid JSON, wrong shapes or schema version, unknown rows, impossible dates (2026-02-30), surrounding whitespace, characters that would break the table, non-https or credential-bearing links, and exact duplicates.
Stacked on #7924 (base feat/client-support-matrix): it extends that PR's generator. Retarget to dev after #7924 merges. No overlap with #7925.

bun test of the matrix, runtime, layout, structure and docs-link tests: 104 pass, 0 fail. bun run docs:clients:check: current.
