fix(link): report stale Child connection readiness - #8249
Report client_state_changed from Remote Link Child readiness and authenticated machine, clients, and link status when the startup connection no longer matches durable state, instead of reporting a stale link as available.
On head c6d8ced4027974b8c25e3f1da20d3f85e2cfece3, bun run test:changed tests/clients/client-machine-listener.test.ts tests/clients/link-readiness.test.ts tests/clients/client-runtime-restart.test.ts — 41 passed, 0 failed. PATH and test homes were isolated; the selection is scoped to avoid discovery of global Codex executables.
bun run typecheck, bun run structure:check, bun run privacy:scan — passed.
cd docs-site && bun install --frozen-lockfile && bun run build — passed, 641 pages, before the last source/test-only review fixes.
Full local suite not run: scoped tests avoid global executable discovery and concurrent heavy-suite contention; broader coverage remains to CI. Live Home/Child and Windows runtime validation not run.
