The fork CLI is being removed in favor of in-app MCP tools. Two CLI capabilities had no tool equivalent: archiving another thread (after its turn, optionally removing its worktree), and editing project actions. Upstream's
t3_project_updatewrites legacy project-row scripts, which are not the actions the UI resolves from settings.archive_thread,archive_thread_status,cancel_thread_archivetake an optionalthreadId. Omitted keeps today's self behavior; a target uses the standard access rules (status viareadThread, schedule/cancel viareadWritableThread).t3_project_actions_list/_upsert/_removebacked by aProjectActionsservice that writes through the existing settings compare-and-set: stable ids from names, omitted fields preserved, single run-on-worktree-create invariant, conflict error on concurrent edits. Edits need a full-access caller, liket3_project_update.Part of the CLI-to-MCP move with the fork CLI removal and thread-tools PRs.
