The fork CLI is being removed in favor of in-app MCP tools. Three things it offered had no tool equivalent: thread groups (a fork feature), checking whether a thread is fully quiet before a session handover, and finding threads bound to a worktree across all projects (the worktree-cleanup claim check).
t3_thread_groups:list(sidebar order, Active included, unarchived counts),create(exact-name match returns the existing group),move_thread(into a group or back to Active; standard cross-thread access rules). Uses the same settings revision and ordering semantics as the web client.t3_thread_drain_status(read-only): active run, queued runs, and background work viagetBackgroundWorkDrain, with a singlequietflag.t3_thread_listgainsallProjectsand an exactworktreePathfilter, and rows includeprojectIdandworktreePath. Additive; defaults unchanged.Part of the CLI-to-MCP move with #228 and #229.
