I talked with the demand-side, and we reached an agreement that we don't support subscribing to a certain version now.

#474 is to add the subscription form to save the emails to SendGrid contact list which we can later manually trigger or program to send emails to all the emails in the list.

For actual email sending, we can consider use either SendGrid or GApp to send it out.
