Fix the Review Findings Left on Develop by the Held Promotion - #1212
Fixes the code findings that the reviewers raised on the held promotion #1210 against content already on develop. The triage is on #1211.
Monitor watchers are disposed on every exit path.MonitorFolders wraps the watch loop in try/finally, which disables and disposes each FileSystemWatcher. Before, a failed ProcessChanges return left the watchers enabled and queuing changes. An invalid folder after a valid one left the earlier watcher undisposed.
The ISO-only IETF message follows SetIetfLanguageTags. A track with an ISO 639 language and no IETF tag logs "Setting IETF tag from ISO639 tag" at Warning when the option is on, and at Debug when it is off. The file-level message already reports the opt-out at Information. HasErrors and Actions are unchanged, since they feed the remux and summary decisions.
locate_issue.py never writes an empty region.region_window ends at least one second past the defect, so --pad 0 on a RepairFailed source no longer yields equal start and end times.
Two findings were declined on #1211. The OPERATIONS.mdsed one-liner is hardening on the maintainer's own checkout path. Windows backslashes in check_results.py cannot occur, since results always come from the Linux image.
- Monitor disables and disposes every watcher on every exit path, so a
failed run no longer leaves watchers queuing changes.
- An ISO-only track logs its IETF repair at Debug when SetIetfLanguageTags
is off, since the file-level message already reports the opt-out.
- locate_issue.py never writes an empty region window for --pad 0.
Closes#1211
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The test captures each created watcher and expects ObjectDisposedException
when re-enabling it, so dropping the Dispose call fails the test.

RegressionTests/locate_issue.py
Walkthrough
The changes ensure watcher cleanup after monitoring exits, make ISO-to-IETF language-tag log levels depend on an option, and ensure regression windows extend at least one second beyond the defect.
Changes: Watcher cleanup
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Monitoring and watcher cleanup PlexCleaner/Monitor.cs, PlexCleanerTests/MonitorTests.cs
MonitorFolders delegates to WatchFolders and disables, disposes, and clears watchers in a finally block. A callback runs after watcher creation. The test checks that a watcher is disposed when monitoring fails on a missing folder.
Language-tag logging
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Option-dependent language logging PlexCleaner/TrackProps.cs, PlexCleanerTests/TrackPropsCreateTests.cs
The ISO-to-IETF tag update message logs at Warning when SetIetfLanguageTags is enabled and Debug otherwise. The theory checks both levels and verifies the language, error state, and SetLanguage action.
Regression window bounds
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Minimum window end RegressionTests/locate_issue.py, RegressionTests/tests/test_locate_issue.py
region_window ends at least one second after the defect when padding is zero. Tests check the window bounds for centers at 205.7 and 0.
ptr727/PlexCleaner#1210: It includes the language warning and region_window changes addressed here.
ptr727/PlexCleaner#1140: It changes language corrections to record recommended actions; this PR preserves and tests the SetLanguage action while changing language-tag logging.

Fix watcher cleanup, IETF log severity, and empty region windows
🐞 Bug fix🧪 Tests🕐 20-40 Minutes
AI Description
• Dispose monitor watchers on failure, cancellation, and normal exit to prevent lingering events.
• Match ISO-only IETF log severity to the setting without changing repair decisions.
• Prevent zero-length regression regions when padding is zero; add targeted tests for all three
fixes.
Keep the targeted fixes. A precheck for invalid monitor folders would address only one failure path, whereas finally covers returns and exceptions. The logging and window changes preserve existing repair behavior and window calculations outside the affected cases.

What changed in this PR
This pull request addresses review findings involving monitor watcher cleanup, ISO-to-IETF language logging, and non-empty regression-test region windows.
Changes:
Disposes and clears all created FileSystemWatcher instances on every monitoring exit path.
Selects Warning or Debug logging based on SetIetfLanguageTags.
Ensures region windows extend beyond the defect when padding is zero.
Adds targeted .NET and Python regression tests.
A remaining finding affects negative --pad values: they can still produce an empty region window when repair_failed is enabled.

Add an exception-path disposal test.
This test checks disposal only after a missing-folder return. A regression that skips cleanup on exceptions would pass. Add a test that captures a watcher, throws from WatcherCreated, and checks that the watcher is disposed.

Review comments at @RegressionTests/locate_issue.py:
- Line 159: Update the endpoint calculation in the timestamp range return so it
rounds the located timestamp up before applying the minimum one-second padding;
with `--pad 0`, the endpoint for `205.7` must be at least `207`. Update the test
that currently asserts `206` to expect the corrected endpoint.
- Line 156: Clamp pad to zero before calculating lead in the window calculation,
then preserve the existing RepairFailed and non-RepairFailed lead behavior so a
negative --pad value cannot produce a zero-duration clip.

On the CodeRabbit nitpick asking for an exception-path disposal test in MonitorTests.cs: declined. MonitorFolders disposes in a finally, which runs on an exception by language semantics. MonitorFolders_Failure_Disposes_Created_Watchers already proves the finally disposes, and a mutation check removing Dispose() made it fail. An exception test would need a test-only way to inject a throw into production code, which no requirement calls for.
