Two skills describe the live skills channel only as a git checkout #1772

Description

@ptr727

Since #1756, a host set up by bootstrap --host or --skills registers the Claude Code plugin against a tree the bootstrap keeps, not against a git checkout. skills_install.py --report describes that tree's live channel as vcs: archive with branch: null.

Two skills still frame the live channel as a git checkout:

  • fleet-conformance-check, in .agents/skills/fleet-conformance-check/SKILL.md, reads a registered checkout that is "missing, detached, or on an old branch" as the finding, and says moving that checkout is the fix rather than re-installing. On a bootstrapped host, branch: null reads as detached. The actual remedy there is to re-run bootstrap --skills. Re-running the installer from a main checkout, as the skill says, changes nothing on the live channel, because re-registering an existing name is a no-op.
  • merge-and-release, in the step 7 text, uses the same "registered checkout" framing.

Fix

State the archive case in both skills: when live.vcs is archive, the channel serves the kept tree, and bootstrap --skills is what refreshes it. Then regenerate the distributions with scripts/build_dist.py.
