bootstrap.sh's swap_in stops with only rm's own error when a leftover skills-tree.old cannot be removed.
- How to reach it: a live
skills-tree, a staged skills-tree.new, and an owned skills-tree.old holding an entry rm cannot remove. remove_owned "$retired" fails, and set -e aborts the script. The loader never names the path or the remedy.
- Why it matters: every later kept-tree run hits the same
.old and fails the same way. The kept tree is never updated again until someone removes the leftover by hand.
- Where the other loader stands:
bootstrap.ps1 already stops with its own message in the same state ("Could not remove the previous tree at ... Close it and run this again").
- Fix: give bash the same refusal, naming the path.
