• prose_lint.py --diff origin/develop TODO.md reports nothing new.
• Orchestrator rulings applied verbatim: the Blog roles sentences, the PR 620 second-failure sentences, the .editorconfig "in two respects" sentence, the imperative safety list, and restored where/Today scope words.

Eight local strict review passes ran at the frontier tier. Findings converged to zero on the eighth, which is the recorded receipt.
