Goal

Render the first usable macOS-first desktop workbench shell on top of the secure Electron process boundary.

Parent

Scope

  • Add a native-feeling project and session rail, main workbench, inspector region, and fixed composer.
  • Render explicit empty, loading, ready, and error states from a typed renderer model.
  • Provide keyboard-focus landmarks and accessible names for the primary regions.
  • Keep PTY execution, terminal continuity, Dynamic Workflow controls, settings, packaging, and CI workflow changes out of this slice.

Acceptance criteria

  • Focused tests prove the semantic regions and all renderer states.
  • The Electron window renders the workbench from local application assets under the existing hardened BrowserWindow contract.
  • Build, typecheck, unit, integration, and smoke verification pass.
  • The PR includes a head-SHA-bound tmux terminal verification receipt.
