Sync the fork with upstream through 8ae53fd, including the merged terminal duplicate-paste fix in pingdotgg#19366. Both terminal surface files now match upstream exactly.

Resolve fork compatibility conflicts, preserve installed migration IDs and append new migrations as 65 and 66, and update the read-aloud settings API. Retain existing fork functionality.

Validation: server, web, mobile and client-runtime typechecks; 81 terminal tests and 157 focused migration, settings and connection tests passed. Scoped lint passed. Desktop rollout follows a signed local build.

Model: GPT-6.1 Sol. Harness: Codex.
