fix(panel): fail closed on implicit Gunicorn worker dispatch and bind overrides - #456
Two independent hardening gaps in the panel image/worker gate:
Imported or dynamically written bind was overridden.gunicorn_config_probe.py only recognised direct Assign/AnnAssign targets. A config that supplied bind through an import, destructuring, a loop/with/augmented/walrus binding, globals()/vars()/setattr, or an attribute write was classified ABSENT, so entrypoint.sh prepended --bind 0.0.0.0:8000. Gunicorn applies CLI settings last and replaces the config-file bind list, so the panel could listen on all interfaces instead of the operator's loopback or unix-socket bind.
The Gunicorn worker gate accepted implicit dispatch. Classes whose __getattr__, __getattribute__ or __missing__ mutates workers were treated as static, and sys.settrace/sys.setprofile callbacks were not modelled at all. A config could keep workers = 1 statically visible while an import-time hook set workers = 8; the gate then allowed memory:// and the login limit/session store became per-worker.
Fix
The probe now resolves recursive assignment targets, loop/context-manager/augmented/walrus bindings, imports, and namespace writes. Dynamic namespace writes return UNKNOWN, which the entrypoint already treats as “config supplies the setting” and never overrides.
The worker scanner treats __getattr__, __getattribute__ and __missing__ as eager construction side effects, and any trace/profile installer as a dynamic config. Both paths fail closed for memory:// with multiple workers.
The Gunicorn worker gate treated classes whose __getattr__, __getattribute__ or __missing__ mutates workers as static, and ignored process-wide trace/profile hooks. The entrypoint probe only recognised direct bind/wsgi_app assignments, so an imported or namespace-written bind was replaced by the image's 0.0.0.0 default.
Add the implicit hooks to the eager side-effect model, treat trace/profile installers as dynamic, and make the probe detect imports, destructuring, loop/with/augmented/walrus bindings and namespace writes. Regression tests cover all shapes and the memory:// gate.

Walkthrough
The Gunicorn configuration probe now recognizes more module-scope ways to supply or dynamically modify settings. The worker scanner also accounts for additional instance hooks and process-wide trace/profile registration. Regression tests cover the new classifications and a rate-limit storage check.
The probe recognizes bindings from destructuring, loops, context managers, augmented assignments, walrus expressions, and imports. Attribute writes and dynamic namespace calls produce UNKNOWN when they may set the queried name. Tests cover these cases, including a dynamic write inside an uncalled function.
The worker scanner treats additional instance hooks as eager side effects and returns early when it detects process-wide trace/profile registration. Regression tests cover these scanner cases and verify the rate-limit storage check returns an error for the trace-hook configuration.
OpenRTMP/librtmp2-server-panel#454: Adds constructed-class implicit-hook detection to the worker scanner, which this PR extends with additional hooks.
OpenRTMP/librtmp2-server-panel#455: Updates worker scanning for implicit and inherited hooks, which this PR extends with additional hook and trace/profile cases.
The new hardening still misses some config forms. An operator-specified bind can be overridden by the image's public default bind, and a multi-worker config can slip past the memory:// rate-limit check. Fix the aliased-import, unpacked-attribute and aliased-trace-import cases before merging.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title "fix(panel): fail closed on implicit Gunicorn worker dispatch and bind overrides" matches the main changes. The diff adds implicit-hook detection (__getattr__, __getattribute__, __missing__) and trace/profile detection to the worker scanner, and it expands bind-pattern detection in the config probe (imports, destructuring, walrus, namespace writes). The title is specific, concise, and follows the conventional-commit style. It does not cover every detail, which is expected.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 100.00% which is sufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 6 functions across 3 files. This is intentional: _target_names returns the names bound by an assignment target (zero for an unsupported target, one or more for names and destructuring). Every caller iterates the result, so the varying tuple length has no runtime effect and represents the two cases without a sentinel. No change needed.

Continue scanning after a dynamic namespace write so a later explicit wsgi_app/bind still counts as supplied; treat wildcard imports as UNKNOWN so the app fallback is kept; and restrict walrus discovery to module-scope expressions so a lambda or nested def cannot suppress the default bind.
Adds regression tests for all three shapes.
