keep channel-level unread emphasis separate from thread activity dots
make activity rows navigate to the thread and remove demo-only data

just ci (all stages passed except the final duplicate native check, which ran out of disk after its earlier clippy pass)

Preserve manual unread sources for grouped Inbox reads

When an Inbox thread group also contains its top-level root and another timeline message in the same channel owns a manual unread force, this call still invokes markChannelRead, which deletes the channel's entire forced-unread entry, including the manual source. Reading the unrelated Inbox thread therefore removes the timeline message's intended sidebar emphasis. Fresh evidence after the source-aware fix is this remaining groupedChannelRead branch; advance the root marker without clearing unrelated force sources.

🤖 Addressed the grouped Inbox-read finding in 4fe19c2. Grouped root reads now advance only the top-level marker while preserving unrelated forced-unread owners, with E2E coverage for a separate timeline message that remains manually unread.
