fix(web): add room for thread timeline markers

Problem

Thread timeline markers need more horizontal space alongside chat content. The existing 20px lane padding left too little room, and the workspace details card could crowd the chat lane.

Change

Increase the desktop chat lane padding to 48px and update the canvas width probe and layout defaults to match. Adjust the layout tests to cover the wider marker gutter and keep the chat clear of the details card.

Scope and approval

This is a focused fix for timeline marker spacing in the web chat layout. It qualifies as an obvious UI bug fix because the existing lane did not leave enough room for the markers.

Verification

Updated the focused chat canvas and details card layout tests to cover the new padding and clearance. Test execution was not included in the supplied change details.
