Session Handoff [auto-2026]: Name the Missing build-system Condition in the Lint-Only Profile Bullet per #2026 #2129
Fix Name the Missing build-system Condition in the Lint-Only Profile Bullet #2026. In .agents/skills/python-codestyle/SKILL.md, the "Two profiles" lint-only (Scripts) bullet gives the shape as no [project], no lockfile, and no requirements*.txt, but omits the no-[build-system] condition that references/profiles.md already states and that .github/actions/python-directories/python_directories.py requires before classifying a directory as lint-only. Add that condition to the bullet so all three agree, edit the source under .agents/skills/ only, and regenerate the generated trees with scripts/build_dist.py. Done looks like: the bullet names the [build-system] condition, the generated distributions are in sync (build_dist.py --check clean), the local gate set passes, and the pull request to develop carries Closes on promotion: #2026.
External blockers
None known at pick time.
Internal dependencies
None. The fix is one bullet in one skill plus its regenerated copies.
State
No branch, worktree, or pull request exists for this lane yet. The worker creates its own worktree on feature/auto-2026 based on develop. No other open pull request or handoff names #2026 at pick time.
The parked decision queue
Zero parked decisions on this lane.
What the last round did

Review: the recorded local-strict-review pass found nothing. Copilot reviewed the head with no findings. CodeRabbit was prompted and replied that it was rate limited. It is advisory, so it blocks nothing.
Filed nothing new. One observation from the strict pass, not filed: the bullet says "no lockfile" where the classifier and profiles.md say no uv.lock. The reviewer found no case where this picks the wrong profile.
The worktree, the local branch, and the remote branch are all deleted.
