Add Copilot's Open Review Findings Label to the Review Reader #3713
Description
scripts/pr_review.py status reports REVIEWER OUTPUT NOTED for a Copilot overview whose findings list is headed Open review findings:. The reader has no spelling for that label, so the items under it are placed nowhere and the round shows shapes=NOTED.
Seen on #3709, whose overview listed two findings under that heading. scripts/reviewers/copilot.json carries outstanding findings: and unresolved review findings: under labels and finding_lists (added by #3702 for #3672), but not open review findings:.
Fix: add open review findings: beside them in both lists, as #3702 did for its spellings.
