…26.09-py3 Keep only the base-image vulnerability WARs that pytorch:26.09-py3 still needs (jupyterlab 4.6.3 and notebook 7.6.2 ship below the advisory floor). The other entries are already met by the base image, or the package is not in the base image at all (starlette keeps its floor in requirements.txt). Signed-off-by: EmmaQiaoCh <qqiao@nvidia.com>

The L0 CPU test list runs
unittest/others, and its runner invokes pytest for that directory.test_starlette_constraint_floor()requiresstarlette>=1.3.1inconstraints.txt; the missing entry raises an assertion. The devel stage installs only
constraints.txtafter base setup. The wheel stage inherits devel. These stages therefore do not enforce the Starlette minimum declared inrequirements.txt.Suggested fix

🟠 Major · Pin the Python NCCL package to 2.31.2. · requirements.txt:31-36
requirements.txt:31-36
🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick winPin the Python NCCL package to 2.31.2.
The image installs system
libnccl22.31.2, but this requirement permitsnvidia-nccl-cu13through 2.30.7. The native extensions are built against the system NCCL and include an RPATH to the Python package's NCCL directory. A lower package version can therefore replace the library at runtime. NCCL does not provide a general host-library ABI guarantee across these versions, so the extensions can fail to load or execute.Suggested fix

540-550: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winAdd a Harmony regression test for dictionary function calls.
When
use_harmony=True, a dictionaryfunction_callmust be converted before the following matchingfunction_call_outputis parsed. Otherwise_parse_response_inputcannot find a typed prior call and raisesValueError. The existing tests cover dictionary inputs through non-Harmony preprocessing, but do not execute_construct_harmony_messagesor verify function-call pairing. Add a test that runs this input through Harmony preprocessing and asserts successful processing and preserved call/output order.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

The changes update the PyTorch and Triton images to
26.09-py3and advance related CUDA, cuDNN, NCCL, cuBLAS, and image-tag versions.constraints.txtremoves several dependency pins while retaining the JupyterLab and Notebook minimums.install_mooncake.shpins yalantinglibs to0.5.5and removes amooncakesubdirectory from a Python path entry containingpackages; verify that the selected path is the intended package location.responses_utils.pynow validates dictionary-form function calls asResponseFunctionToolCalland makes them available to resolve subsequent function-call outputs. The supplied CI notes report that the wrapper job succeeded but the release pipeline failed. The failure details and test execution results are unavailable.QA Engineer Review
The test-list change adds a waiver for
test_attn2d_cross_attention, linked to NVBUG 6890768. The unit-test change addscheck_locality_domain_enabledand applies it to four nested mempool tests:test_nested_same_domain_does_not_reenter,test_nested_other_domain_restores_outer_key,test_nested_other_domain_allocates_from_inner_pool, andtest_exception_restores_previous_key. The fixture skips tests unless locality-domain functionality is enabled. Whether these unit tests appear in thetest-db/orqa/lists could not be confirmed. The release pipeline failure needs investigation before coverage can be assessed. Coverage verdict: needs follow-up. Test execution status is unavailable.Per-File QA Perspective
docker/Dockerfile.multi: Verify builds with the PyTorch and Triton26.09-py3base images. Verify the dev-containerNCCL_GIN_GPUNETIO_PATHsetting resolves to the intended Spectrum-X bundled library.docker/Makefile: Verify affected Rocky Linux and Ubuntu targets resolve the CUDA13.4.1base image.docker/common/install_cuda_libs.sh: Verify installation with cuDNN9.26.0.51-1, NCCL2.31.2-1+cuda13.4, and cuBLAS13.8.0.4-1.docker/common/install_mooncake.sh: Verify the0.5.5checkout, the selectedmooncakepackage path, and failure behavior when lookup or removal fails.docker/common/install_pytorch.sh: Verify the updated 26-09 release-notes reference.jenkins/L0_Test.groovy: Verify test-list validation uses Triton26.09and that the DLFW PyTorch image is available.jenkins/current_image_tags.properties: Verify the updated build suffix andpytorch-26.09tags resolve for each image variant.requirements.txt: Verify the NCCL version range is compatible with supported environments and that the updated release-note references are correct.tensorrt_llm/serve/responses_utils.py: Verify dictionary-form function calls pass validation and remain available to resolve subsequent function-call outputs.tests/integration/test_lists/waives.txt: Confirm thetest_attn2d_cross_attentionwaiver is still needed and tracked by NVBUG 6890768.tests/unittest/_torch/thop/parallel/test_locality_domain_utils.py: Verify the four nested mempool tests skip when locality-domain functionality is disabled and run when enabled. Presence in thetest-db/orqa/lists could not be confirmed.constraints.txt: Verify the documentedpytorch:26.09-py3base image matches the project image and that it covers the removed dependency pins.Description
