blacksmith passed 187 focused tests, shared/web/mobile typechecks, and targeted lint (eight warnings, zero errors).

tested end to end on an android 16 emulator against a real t3 backend with real provider turns. before is plain main; after is this pr merged with the other mobile parity prs on the same main. the project is a plain folder with no .git; no worktree was created.
