Removes the "Private for now..." sentence from PhotoCleaner's driftNotes, since the repository is public (live check: visibility PUBLIC). The multi-arch Docker sentence is unchanged. No other file in registry, spec, docs, or TODO.md describes PhotoCleaner as private.

Closes on promotion: #1082

…ntry

The repository is public, so the note that it is private for now and
going public contradicts the live visibility.

Copilot review overview

🟢 Approval recommended

It is a single, well-scoped removal of a verified-stale prose note that keeps the JSON valid and leaves no contradicting references in the registry, spec, docs, or TODO.

What changed in this PR

This PR removes a stale driftNotes entry from the PhotoCleaner repository record in registry/repos.json. The note asserted the repository was "Private for now" and that GitHub-sourced shields would therefore render broken, but the repository is now public (live check: visibility PUBLIC), making the note inaccurate and contradictory to a clean audit. The registry is treated as ground truth about actual repository state, so pruning the obsolete prose keeps the catalog honest.

Changes:

  • Deletes the "Private for now by maintainer decision..." sentence from PhotoCleaner's driftNotes.
  • Leaves the still-accurate multi-arch Docker / two-phase GitHub release note in place.

I verified that registry/repos.json still parses as valid JSON, that the remaining driftNotes is a non-empty array of non-empty strings (satisfying spec/validate.py), and that no other file in registry, spec, docs, or TODO.md still describes PhotoCleaner as private. The only lingering "private" reference is a point-in-time, generated snapshot under reports/, which is out of scope for this change.

File Description
registry/repos.json Removes the obsolete private-repository driftNote from PhotoCleaner's entry, leaving the accurate release-shape note intact.
